  • •Build and manage a team of high-performing Solution Engineers as Director, Solutions Engineering (East).
  • •Partner with VP of Sales to drive and advise on key opportunities across AE and SE roles.
  • •Grow the East SE organization to 20+ SEs and ensure readiness to scale across products, industries, segments, and GTM motions.
  • •Evolve repeatable processes, playbooks, job architectures, enablement, and other programs to increase win rates.
  • •Ensure field feedback flows into product and GTM strategy; serve as an internal and external thought leader.

Key Requirements

  • •Ideally located on the East Coast of the US.
