Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and repair assets to ensure proper operating condition
  • •Perform preventative and correct maintenance on complex CNCs including 5-axis milling and mill-turn applications
  • •Troubleshoot and repair control and electrical failures involving PLCs, HMIs, servomotors, servo amplifiers, I/O, and field sensors
  • •Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems including actuators, valves, pumps, filters, ball screws, and gearboxes
  • •Drive forklifts and company vehicles and perform other related duties as assigned to ensure an efficient work environment

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • •7+ years experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical repair or maintenance
  • •Experience with one or more CNC control systems: Siemens 840D, Okuma, Fanuc, Heidenheimer, and Allen Bradley
  • •Ability to troubleshoot and repair control and electrical system failures involving PLCs, HMIs, servomotors, servo amplifiers, input/output, and field sensors
  • •Ability to troubleshoot and repair machine tool hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, including actuators, valves, pumps, filters, ball screws, linear rails, guideways, and gearboxes
