Job Summary

Bring Tapestry’s Coach and Kate Spade brands to life in John Lewis & Partners Kingston by delivering elevated retail customer service and driving brand visibility. Develop clienteling and in-store event ideas, collaborate with store teams and leadership, and monitor performance against targets. Execute visual merchandising guidelines, manage deliveries and replenishment, and complete trade reports to support the Wholesale Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver an elevated customer experience using brand training, tools, and resources to uphold service standards.
•Develop clienteling strategies and in-store event ideas, and support/co-host activations to drive engagement and sales.
•Track and analyse store performance against targets and present actionable plans when needed.
•Execute visual merchandising guidelines to ensure new season collections are displayed and aligned to delivery schedules, including during markdown periods.
•Manage product deliveries and replenishment, maintain back-of-house standards, and complete trade reports promptly.
