Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions while maintaining proper handling of assigned funds and records. Deliver a high-quality client experience, uncover client needs, and educate customers on digital self-service options such as ATMs, online, and mobile banking. Cross-train to support sales activities, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Follow internal controls and risk management policies, and assist with new account openings and problem resolution.

•Deliver a distinctive client experience and conduct complex and standardized transactions to uncover client needs.

•Support team sales process through outbound calling and identifying client needs/offers, including referrals to specialists or branch team members.
•Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; assist with new account openings and problem resolution.
