Job Summary

Oversee the daily operation of an asphalt plant to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. Monitor plant controls and systems, coordinate materials flow, make adjustments, troubleshoot operational and mechanical issues, and maintain accurate production and maintenance records. Work closely with loader operators, truck drivers, and quality control personnel to meet daily schedules while enforcing company, environmental, and safety regulations, and supporting general plant housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate and monitor plant controls to regulate material flow and asphalt production.
•Ensure production meets required quality standards and specifications.
•Perform routine inspections and maintenance on plant equipment.

•Coordinate with loader operators, truck drivers, and quality control personnel to meet daily schedules and enforce safety/environmental regulations.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED is preferred.
