Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate annual goals and mid-year changes into semi-annual Company Kickoff narratives, and support annual planning with aligned company strategies and plans.
  • •Prepare quarterly ELT Strategy Days and synthesize scattered executive inputs into decision-ready artifacts (docs, models, decks).
  • •Own end-to-end board materials preparation, partnering with Finance and department leaders on underlying data and managing ELT review cycles.
  • •Drive operating rhythm through Weekly Business Reviews, QBRs, and OKR tracking, flagging when performance is off track and tracking executive action items to closure.
  • •Build AI-enabled company operations workflows for meeting prep, action item tracking, metric summaries, reporting pulls, and first-draft communications with verified data and human review.
