Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests and respond to inquiries about the menu, wine list, and music hall events.
  • •Anticipate and respond to guests’ needs and handle food/service concerns or complaints with a friendly, positive attitude.
  • •Organize and prioritize service sequence, check food orders before serving, and deliver food and beverages to tables.
  • •Pre-bus tables, remove dirty plates and glasses, clean spills, and maintain House of Blues safety and sanitation standards.
  • •Receive and process guest payments (cash, credit card, or traveler’s checks) and assist other servers/employees as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent) and knowledge of safe, responsible alcohol service.
  • •2–5 years of high-volume restaurant operations experience.
  • •Working knowledge of high-volume restaurant operations and standard food preparation/presentation.
  • •Wine & liquor knowledge and strong guest relations.
  • •High school diploma and ability to handle multiple tables efficiently with an upbeat, friendly attitude.
