Serve food and beverage to guests at House of Blues Las Vegas in a friendly, knowledgeable manner. Welcome guests, answer questions about the menu, wine list, and Music Hall, and anticipate needs throughout the shift. Handle guest concerns professionally, organize service sequence, verify orders, deliver items to tables, and maintain safety and sanitation standards. Occasionally work scheduled special events, and process payments via cash and card.
