Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve manufacturing process and product design problems through investigations, statistical studies, and corrective action planning.
  • •Create cost-effective and safe manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools to improve manufacturing operations.
  • •Design manufacturing flow lines, workstation layouts, and station controls to optimize efficiency, operating costs, and product quality.
  • •Maintain manufacturing standards including machine capability, process maps, set-ups, quality controls, tooling and fixture records, routings, and cycle times.
  • •Generate work instructions and standardized work; serve as a voice of the customer for new design development and partner with on-site EHS for OSHA compliance.
