Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate communications and foster effective working relationships with employees at all levels.
  • •Serve as first point of contact for employee relations advice for employees and managers.
  • •Assist with employee inquiries related to benefits, time reporting, and leave issues.
  • •Participate in investigation and resolution of employee relations problems, including disciplinary actions and grievances.
  • •Coordinate exit interviews and support employee engagement programs while documenting employee relations matters per policy and legal compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •For UAE Nationals: minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • •For Expats: minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Ability to interpret HR policies and support employees and management with workplace issues.
  • •Experience supporting employee relations activities including engagement programs and investigations.
