Sr. Manager, Payroll

Manage in-house payroll operations for 10,000+ employees across 40+ taxable entities and all 50 states. Lead centralized payroll preparation, processing, validation/review, and disbursement while supervising payroll staff and automated payroll system maintenance. Partner with executive management to improve efficiency from labor processing through general ledger posting, support reconciliations, and help with payroll tax/accounting tasks including quarterly/annual reconciliations and year-end W-2 preparation. Ensure compliance with tax laws and government reporting deadlines.
