Job Summary

Partner with integrated program teams to develop project plans and establish cost and schedule baselines for large, complex, multi-site projects. Prepare and publish project metrics and financial reports, analyze cost/schedule variances, and identify root causes with corrective actions. Apply Earned Value Management (EVM), support forecasting, risk and change management, and monitor compliance (including SOX) to drive improved program performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead development of project control plans, WBS, cost budgets, and schedule baselines to measure performance/success across multi-site projects.
•Analyze project performance through cost and schedule integration, including unbilled/receivable/payable balances.
•Evaluate variance versus baseline, determine root cause, and recommend corrective actions.
•Prepare and publish metrics and financial reports, supporting project forecasting, reviews, and monthly progress reporting to customers.
•Apply EVM techniques and assist with change, risk, and lead EAC management while monitoring and reporting compliance (including SOX) requirements.

Key Requirements

•7+ years’ experience in project controls.
•Strong working knowledge of project management processes, including cost, EVM (Earned Value Management), schedule, and baseline development.
•Experience analyzing cost and schedule performance, including variance/root-cause and corrective actions.
•User experience with an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, or Microsiga).
•Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Project, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with PMI-SP or cost engineering certification.
