Job Summary

Provide data-driven insight to retail, SME and Neo channels by analyzing campaigns, customer behavior and market indicators; develop and monitor the annual P&L plans for RBG, SME and Neo products; build digital dashboards and data models, support strategic business planning, and enable management with reliable MIS to drive Egypt Retail Banking objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis of campaigns and business generated through them
•Insightful database analysis, both for MIS and for supporting marketing campaigns
•Monitor and take corrective action to ensure enhancement of data quality
•Develop / acquire and manage de-duplication software for the prospect databases
•Generate, standardize, automate and disseminate adhoc and periodic MIS reports

Key Requirements

•Graduate in Accounting/Economics
•From 5 to 8 years of experience in databases, SQL programming, OLAP tools, front-end development tools and common desktop packages, such as MS Office, with at least 2 years exposure to retail banking
•SQL Server – System Administration and implementing databases
•Excellent knowledge of databases and programming in different platforms and environments
•Sound knowledge of Financial analysis and Planning, accounting and portfolio management, with high analytical skills to transform data into meaningful information for decision making
