  • •Take technical responsibility for the full lifecycle of AI solutions, from initial idea through development to final implementation and optimization.
  • •Advise customers on AI technologies and applications and develop tailored solutions aligned with their needs.
  • •Design and architect complex end-to-end AI and GenAI solutions using modern OSS and cloud-native technologies, orchestrating MLOps and LLMOps in production systems.
  • •Collaborate with international teams, lead workshops, evaluate and recommend new AI technologies, and support offers and customer workshops.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Informatics, Data Science, AI, Mathematics, or a related field; a Master or Ph.D. is advantageous.
  • •At least 4 years’ experience developing and implementing AI and Machine Learning solutions both on-prem and in the cloud.
  • •At least 1 year of experience in developing GenAI solutions such as RAG or agents.
  • •Proficiency in relevant programming languages, preferably Python, and experience with AI/GenAI frameworks like SciKit-Learn, PyTorch, KubeFlow, HuggingFace, LangChain.
  • •Ability to design and build software solutions for AI/GenAI projects using agile methods and communicate effectively in German and English.
