Key Responsibilities

•Lead and supervise the production process and planning/scheduling of production activities.
•Oversee equipment maintenance, including downtime management and preventive maintenance.
•Manage inventory control, counts, and audits.
•Drive strong performance in health, safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping, maintenance, and environmental compliance.
•Estimate production costs, maintain quality standards, implement quality control programs, and ensure financial returns; coordinate with suppliers, sales, and customers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 10 years of progressive related experience and/or training; or equivalent education/experience.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is a plus.
•Experience in planning, negotiating, and organizational skills.
•Prior P&L experience.
•Strong leadership skills with the ability to maintain a team atmosphere, plus solid computer skills and written/oral communication.
