Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the technical field domain expert, advising site facilities and manufacturing teams on chemical and slurry systems.
  • •Develop, review, and maintain global system/equipment/component standards, specifications, and best known methods to improve engineering practices.
  • •Implement standardization across the global network for engineering and design concepts, construction project execution, reliability programs, and operations/maintenance.
  • •Support design teams for large-scale facilities infrastructure expansion projects, including review of design packages and alignment to standards, codes, and regulations.
  • •Lead global facilities programs and initiatives, including sustainability programs aligned with Micron’s corporate goals, and support planning via roadmaps and implementation plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Process, or Industrial Systems Engineering.
  • •Minimum 12 years of semiconductor and/or facilities-related experience with Chemical and Slurry experience.
  • •Expertise designing facilities and semiconductor chemical systems, including bulk/normal chemicals, chemical blending, slurry systems, hazardous/high purity piping and distribution.
  • •Ability to prioritize and schedule workload while handling multiple tasks concurrently.
  • •Excellent communication and teamwork skills with strong organizational skills and a service-focused demeanor.
