Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Support cost management for a large-scale, mission-critical hyperscale data center construction program. You’ll assist with cost planning, budgeting, estimates, and financial control across the project lifecycle, including monthly cost reporting and executive updates. Manage change control inputs (change orders, cost variances), collaborate with design teams, contractors, and vendors on quantity surveying and pricing reviews, and contribute to cost risk analysis, scenario planning, cost optimization, and value engineering.
