Lead and manage a team of Collection Executives for an assigned cluster, coordinating with third-party recovery agencies to achieve collections targets. Own delinquency and recovery performance by monitoring KPIs such as resolution rates and delinquency buckets, developing data-driven collection strategies, and minimizing roll rates. Ensure compliance with collections processes and SOPs while producing daily and regular performance reports on portfolio health, challenges, and action plans.
