Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership and guidance to achieve and maintain digital and web accessibility across university platforms and products.
  • •Lead audits and accessibility tests to conform to WCAG and develop remediation plans for identified issues.
  • •Prepare evaluation documentation and communicate findings to stakeholders and product teams.
  • •Mentor designers, product managers, developers, and business partners on accessibility best practices and ADA awareness.
  • •Train and mentor team members and implement scalable accessibility processes and methodologies across Ed Tech and the university.

Key Requirements

  • •7 years of experience in the accessibility field
  • •Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Assistive Technology, User Experience, IT, Information Design) or equivalent
  • •Proven knowledge of WCAG, Section 508, and ADA
  • •Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and accessibility testing tools (e.g., WAVE, Axe) and assistive technologies (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver)
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to mentor/lead teams and projects
