Job Summary

Own the global Procure to Pay (P2P) engine end to end, transforming P2P from transactional processing into a scalable, intelligent operating model. Define global strategy and governance, automate intake-to-payment workflows, and deploy AI-driven orchestration for approvals, exceptions, and anomaly detection. Deliver real-time spend visibility, financial controls, compliance, and KPIs while leading and developing a global P2P team across procurement operations and accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute global P2P strategy and operating model across procurement operations and accounts payable.
•Own end-to-end P2P automation from intake through payment, including automated workflows to reduce cycle times and manual effort.
•Champion AI and machine learning capabilities for intelligent routing, automated approvals, exception identification, and anomaly detection with human oversight and audit trails.
•Build real-time spend visibility and enforce financial controls across the P2P lifecycle, including three-way match, delegation of authority, and duplicate payment prevention.
•Lead and develop a high-performing global P2P team and drive global process standardization, playbooks, and change management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,100 - 326,700 annually

Key Requirements

•15+ years of progressive experience in procure-to-pay, procurement operations, or shared services, with 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
•Proven track record designing and executing global P2P transformation programs, including automation, system rollouts, and operating model redesign.
•Deep expertise across procurement operations (requisition, PO management, supplier onboarding) and accounts payable (invoice processing, payment, reconciliation).
•Hands-on experience with enterprise P2P platforms and ERP systems (e.g., Zip, Coupa, Ariba, Concur, Emburse, Ramp, SAP, Oracle).
•Strong command of financial controls, compliance frameworks, and audit requirements relevant to third-party spend and AP operations.
