Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the long-term supply chain capability vision and roadmap with commercial and product partners, representing operational feasibility in roadmap decisions.
  • •Scope and prioritize new supply chain initiatives by defining requirements, success measures, and cross-functional business cases; engage external partners as needed.
  • •Drive execution from pilot to scaled rollout by coordinating delivery, unblocking progress, and leading change management for smooth adoption.
  • •Define performance metrics and SLAs for new capabilities and establish governance to monitor, maintain, and audit performance across deployed solutions.
  • •Act as the cross-functional bridge between product, commercial, and supply chain teams, keeping roadmap transparency and aligning priorities with other capability managers.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in supply chain operations and project management.
  • •Experience building and managing supply chain capabilities in multi-channel industries (e.g., retail, hospitality, travel).
  • •Ability to translate strategy into clear roadmaps and actionable execution.
  • •Experience running workshops, scoping projects, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • •Data-driven approach to decision-making, business case creation, and prioritization trade-offs.
