  • •Oversee strategic and daily returns operations, ensuring targets for processing speed, inventory accuracy, and customer resolution time are met.
  • •Maintain and promote a culture of safety by ensuring OSHA compliance and adherence to internal safety protocols across work areas.
  • •Monitor operational metrics and conduct regular operational reviews to identify and resolve productivity and quality gaps proactively.
  • •Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and advanced analytics to improve turnaround times, reduce cost per unit, and eliminate waste.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 128,000 - 157,000 annually

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •8+ years of operations leadership experience, including 4+ years managing salaried leaders in a warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or distribution setting.
  • •Proven success leading teams to achieve KPIs and operational goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
