Job Summary

Serve as a Retail Personal Banker I after a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations across operations and sales/service. Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, recommend retail products, and proactively reach out via approved marketing tools. Cross-sell to existing customers, support outside sales and community events, and collaborate with mortgage, small business, commercial, and investment partners. Process teller transactions and help mitigate risk while meeting customer and production goals.

•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend solutions using the bank’s value proposition.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and schedule periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to the existing customer base and conduct outside sales activities and community financial literacy events.
•Process teller transactions and work as a member of platform staff while adhering to risk, policy, and ethical requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 43,680 - 69,900 annually

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to perform sales activities to acquire new consumer households and small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
