•Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations for each client.
•Educate and empower clients by sharing product knowledge and demonstrating product expertise.
•Stay ahead of beauty trends to provide relevant advice that encourages repeat visits.
•Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
•Support inventory and merchandising while maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming environment and adhering to Sephora Canada standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 17 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience providing excellent service and developing strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
•A passion for beauty and trends, with the drive to empower clients’ confidence journeys.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work as a team in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment.
•Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
