Key Responsibilities

  • •Run day-to-day Corporate Communications operations with strong structure, discipline, and follow-through, translating direction into priorities, timelines, owners, and deliverables.
  • •Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, calendars, working files, and status reports to ensure tight visibility and execution control.
  • •Lead communications projects end-to-end, creating practical project plans and managing multiple parallel workstreams without losing pace or control.
  • •Supervise and organize team members across priorities and deliverables, setting clear expectations and maintaining high standards through coaching and quality control.
  • •Plan and execute events and executive engagements (workshops, launches, forums, ceremonies), handling timelines, logistics, vendors, production, approvals, branding, guest management, and on-ground delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Media, Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • •8 to 12 years of relevant experience across Growth, Performance, Operations, Corporate Communications, PR, communications operations, project management, events, or related fields.
  • •At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a managerial or senior supervisory role.
  • •Proven end-to-end project management experience with cross-functional stakeholder coordination and strong hands-on planning and execution.
  • •Advanced Excel skills (trackers, dashboards, reporting tools, planning sheets, and follow-up) plus strong writing and English communication skills.
