Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform operations functions and preventive/corrective maintenance to ensure proper functioning of plant equipment under site management.
  • •Maintain process control instrumentation and plant equipment, including daily maintenance, overhauls, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair/replacement/installation.
  • •Troubleshoot and document issues discovered on shift, assisting in resolution with peers, supervisors, and plant management.
  • •Conduct excitation system inspections and preventive maintenance; perform excitation system calibration and control system maintenance.
  • •Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental procedures (including Lockout Tagout, Job Safety Analysis, Confined Space, Hot Work, Electrical Safety, and PPE).

Key Requirements

  • •Associates degree in Instrumentation or Electronics with 1 year as an I&C Technician, or High School Diploma/GED equivalent with 3 years of related work experience.
  • •Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
  • •Proficiency in troubleshooting and independent troubleshooting knowledge.
  • •Demonstrate computer-based skills and effective oral and verbal communications skills.
  • •Ability to work nights and weekends as needed; must successfully complete the POSS/MASS program to be considered.
