Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive customer order slips, gather correct products by hand or with a forklift, and assemble orders for customer pickup.
  • •Safely operate a forklift to move completed pallets to staging areas or load pallets onto customer vehicles.
  • •Work directly with customers in a friendly, professional manner to check and confirm orders.
  • •Perform basic routine forklift maintenance, including recharging batteries; lubricating, fueling, and cleaning the forklift.
  • •Maintain housekeeping in a clean and orderly fashion and complete other assigned duties as needed.

  • •High school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of related experience in trades specific to the job requirements, or an equivalent education/experience combination.

  • •Previous experience operating a forklift or other heavy equipment (e.g., front-end loader or bulldozer).
