Key Responsibilities

•Build and run the partnerships pipeline for Jerry’s new product lines from outreach through signed agreements and successful onboarding.
•Lead insurance carrier and partner conversations independently, qualifying fit, structuring value propositions, and running the process to close.
•Design creative deal structures for partners who won’t fit a standard path when initial approaches don’t work.
•Own partner success post-close by partnering with internal teams to help new partners ramp and retain long-term relationships.
•Contribute to vertical strategy by feeding insights on partner acceptance into how new product bets are sequenced and structured.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years in business development, partnerships, or strategy consulting with a track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
•Experience building 0-to-1, such as launching a new partnership category, entering a new market, or building a BD function without a working model.
•A background combining at least two of: consulting/structured problem-solving, BD or sales execution, and early-stage startup operating experience.
•Ability to engage senior external stakeholders and navigate large partner organizations independently.
•Strong written and verbal communication to present complex deal structures simply to an executive audience.
