Key Responsibilities

•Design, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
•End-to-end implementation of GRC/RCM workflows in ServiceNow with data modeling, taxonomy, traceability, regulatory change, Compliance Testing, Compliance Risk Assessment, and Compliance Monitoring.
•Deliver end-to-end ServiceNow implementations focused on IRM/GRC solutions and drive integration between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
•Partner with business stakeholders to assess requirements, define configuration strategies, and translate business needs into functional and technical designs.
•Operate within a 2-week Agile sprint cycle using Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 164,600 - 288,000 annually

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience in software or platform engineering
•Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (configuration, customization, and integration)
•Experience with IRM/GRC modules within ServiceNow
•Experience in Agile environments (2-week sprints) and using Azure DevOps (ADO)
•Strong data governance understanding (lineage, controls) and ability to work in a global, distributed team
