Job Summary

Lead business strategy analytics to shape member service experiences by combining deep analytics with strategic foresight. You’ll translate strategic vision into actionable plans, identify opportunities and hypotheses, and build analytical frameworks to answer business questions across the member journey and line-of-business portfolio. Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to uncover strategic insights impacting Profit & Loss, define outcome measures, and guide team members while ensuring risks are managed in line with risk and compliance policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead discussions with stakeholders to communicate analysis findings, influence line-of-business strategy, and integrate analytic and business strategy.
•Oversee the identification and refinement of business assumptions, hypotheses, and business questions for the strategy portfolio.
•Develop analytical frameworks/blueprints to answer business questions and support lower levels in executing analysis.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate strategic insights tied to Profit & Loss performance across Product Strategy, Pricing, Marketing, Sales, Credit Risk, Distribution Channels, and Member Experience.
•Serve as a team lead by guiding and training team members, and help ensure business risks are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled per risk/compliance policies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Finance, Economics or related discipline; or 4 years of related experience may substitute for the degree.
•8 years of data/analytics or strategy consulting experience (or equivalent combination including up to 2 years progressive business experience) or an advanced degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
•Experience identifying business needs and developing strategic plans driven by qualitative and quantitative analysis and market insights.
•Experience working with leadership teams to develop and enhance business strategy using quantitative and qualitative analytics.
•Strong analytical skills using hypotheses-driven problem solving, including extensive complex data analysis with tools such as Excel, Tableau, R, Python, SQL, Snowflake, SAS, and Adobe Analytics.
