Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain the live weekly forecast across ARR by product line, expense and cash, and lead annual budgeting.
  • •Partner with the COO and CEO with forward-looking analysis to inform strategy and business planning.
  • •Own the monthly and quarterly close, including the SaaS vs AI revenue and P&L split, and prepare board/investor materials with the COO.
  • •Manage cash and treasury including runway, covenants, AR/AP, collections, and foreign exchange exposure.
  • •Lead finance rhythms and governance as the company scales, including collections, spending approvals, forecasting cadence, audit readiness, and internal controls.

Key Requirements

  • •CPA, CA or CMA designation.
  • •7+ years of progressive finance experience with meaningful FP&A background.
  • •Experience in a SaaS/subscription business and exposure to multiple revenue models or usage-based revenue recognition.
  • •Experience preparing board and investor materials and cash forecasts with a CEO/COO/CFO.
  • •Comfort building and owning live, rolling financial models and operating without a CFO in place.
