Job Summary

Operate multiple blow molding machines and vision systems for ARP, following work instructions and GMP practices to produce quality PET bottles and jars with minimal downtime. Perform mold changes and set-ups, complete housekeeping and daily cleanup, monitor visual quality defects and adjust as needed, and maintain required documentation (quality checks, testing, downtime, and data entry). Follow safety rules and report hazards, unsafe acts, conditions, or accidents.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate multiple blow molding machines and vision systems using written work instructions and computer interface.
•Start and maintain blow mold machine operation to keep machines running and producing quality bottles with least downtime.
•Complete mold changes and set-ups and perform minor maintenance activities.
•Monitor and correct visual quality defects on assigned machines, and maintain required documentation for quality checks/testing and downtime.
•Follow safety rules and guidelines, use required PPE, and report hazards, unsafe acts/conditions, or accidents.

Key Requirements

•Previous blow mold or injection mold training/experience preferred, or experience in manufacturing processes with mechanical aptitude.
