Key Responsibilities

•Create and execute a business development plan to assess, qualify, develop, and shape key opportunities in client accounts, territories, and sectors for financial health and value creation.
•Collaborate with partners and alliances (Microsoft, Accenture, ecosystem partners) to grow the book of business and drive deals.
•Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and influencers within client organizations to support BD objectives.
•Develop and implement relationship management plans for potential client accounts, including white-space territories, to identify and nurture relationships.
•Lead or support cross-functional internal teams to configure bespoke solutions that meet mid- to long-term client needs and negotiate client agreements.

Key Requirements

•Proven track record of selling large-scale consulting engagements with deals over $1M and quota over $5M.
•Experience selling digital transformation services (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics or Azure Cloud) to Local Public Services entities.
•Ability to originate, solution, qualify, negotiate, and close deals for Avanade products, capabilities, services, and solutions.
•Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations to support business development objectives.
•Lead or participate in cross-functional teams (technical, commercial, legal) to configure bespoke solutions and negotiate client agreements.
