Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and overhaul mechanical equipment throughout the facility.
  • •Diagnose and resolve equipment failures using schematics, manuals, blueprints, and diagnostic tools.
  • •Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
  • •Inspect equipment during operation and identify issues through observation and performance monitoring.
  • •Execute precision mechanical maintenance (including laser coupling alignments) and perform welding/fabrication tasks as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Advanced mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial or food/agricultural processing environment.

  • •Experience troubleshooting mechanical systems to the component level and performing preventive/predictive maintenance.
