Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot, diagnose, modify, fabricate, and repair mill equipment such as SAG mill, ball mills, conveyors, pumps, and piping systems.
  • •Perform occasional welding and light fabrication.
  • •Generate work orders, check their status, and pick up parts and supplies from the warehouse.
  • •Operate heavy equipment associated with mill operations and maintenance.
  • •Comply with safety, HR, environmental, MSHA rules and regulations, SOP/work area instructions, and participate in safety/environmental and risk assessment activities.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent, with sufficient ability to read/write instructions and maintain records.
  • •Minimum one year of experience maintaining and repairing milling equipment, pumps, conveyors, and heavy construction equipment.
  • •Strong oral and written communication and problem-solving skills.
  • •Ability to work with others in a team environment.
  • •Must possess a valid driver's license.
