Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and perform work orders using sketches, PM schedules, blueprints, or verbal instructions, while following applicable codes and regulations.
  • •Respond to emergency repair and replacement requests and troubleshoot malfunctioning systems using test equipment and hand tools.
  • •Install and modify conduits and wire connections to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components; repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
  • •Repair, install, modify, and relocate production machinery and equipment, including mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, welding, and related maintenance tasks as needed.
  • •Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance, maintain records/logs, requisition materials and tools, and comply with EHS, sanitation, and good manufacturing practices.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent, plus technical training or equivalent apprenticeship experience.
  • •Minimum 2 years manufacturing work experience and/or 1 year Maintenance Technician experience with training in process control/instrumentation, power distribution (480 VAC & below), or machine controls.
  • •Ability to work independently and with mechanical technicians and production coworkers.
  • •Forklift certification or ability to obtain it.
  • •Experience performing preventative maintenance checklists and troubleshooting/repairing plant equipment electronic circuits and systems, including ISO calibration for production equipment.
