Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult with product stakeholders to understand business drivers and convert them into functional and non-functional requirements.
  • •Partner with Product Managers to evaluate the roadmap, define “definition of done,” and identify features for development.
  • •Lead robust, fast inceptions (scope, value, solution, and release plan) and own prioritized actionable backlogs.
  • •Manage scope and drive trade-off decisions with external stakeholders, balancing business and technical requirements.
  • •Track release plans and post go-live benefits, including adoption, business value, and customer satisfaction while escalating blockers as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of software development experience in complex, cross-functional stakeholder environments.
  • •4+ years’ experience in Agile development environments as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
  • •Knowledge of the HVAC supervisory domain.
  • •Proficiency with Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban, plus design thinking and UX.
  • •Strong analytical and critical-thinking ability to solve or lead the solving of high-complexity strategic problems at scale.
