Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor to Allianz organizations globally, delivering consulting on information security and Identity & Access Management (IAM) strategy, architecture, and operating models. Strengthen cybersecurity posture by identifying risks, designing mitigation plans, and improving digital resilience and regulatory compliance. Lead or co-lead engagements, drive IAM governance and controls (lifecycle, authentication/authorization, privileged access), and mentor junior consultants while contributing to service offerings.

•Deliver consulting services to Allianz operating entities, ensuring strategic impact and measurable outcomes.
•Advise Allianz entities on information security and IAM strategy, architecture, and operating models.
•Identify cybersecurity risks, design mitigation plans, and guide organizations toward digital resilience and regulatory compliance.
•Drive IAM governance, processes, and controls, including identity lifecycle management, authentication models, authorization concepts, and privileged access management.
•Lead or co-lead consulting engagements across multiple stakeholders and mentor junior consultants while supporting service delivery quality.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related technical field, with welcome business backgrounds and strong security experience.
•1-5 years of hands-on experience in Information Security and/or IAM, ideally in consulting or large-scale enterprise environments.
•Strong understanding of IAM governance, identity lifecycle, and role & access models.
•Experience with authentication/authorization mechanisms including SSO, MFA, PAM, RBAC, ABAC, and Zero Trust.
•Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
