Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the Government’s primary point of contact and provide overall supervision and direction for all contractor personnel on the contract.
  • •Ensure quality and efficiency of contract work, including technical issues and business processes.
  • •Manage program/project work across enterprise architecture, business intelligence/data analytics, and configuration management.
  • •Oversee portfolio management and investment control (including CPIC), along with IT governance and strategic planning.
  • •Lead requirements management, business process re-engineering, and risk management; support compliance with applicable federal policies, guidelines, and mandates.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 12 years of program manager experience.
  • •Active Secret security clearance.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or H.S. Diploma + 4 years additional experience equals an Associate’s; Associate’s + 4 years additional experience equals a Bachelor’s).
  • •Experience managing program/project work including requirements management, governance, and risk management.
  • •Working knowledge of frameworks/methodologies such as Agile, SAFe for Government, Scrum, and SDLC.
