Job Summary

Perform a full range of automotive repairs and diagnostics in Carvana’s inspection/reconditioning centers, from light maintenance through heavy engine work. Diagnose and repair advanced electrical issues, including electric and hybrid vehicles, and complete repairs on wheel bearings, axles, and climate control systems (ACs and heater cores). Work with modern tooling in a fast-paced environment, and be prepared for mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform general to complex repairs on all makes and models, including timing belts, suspension systems, and heavy engine work.
•Diagnose and repair advanced vehicle electrical issues, including work on electric and hybrid vehicles.
•Complete repairs for wheel bearings and axles, and repair vehicle climate control systems (ACs and heater cores).
•Follow procedures for reconditioning to ensure vehicles are ready for customers.
•Work mandatory overtime when required by business needs.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.

•Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing production environment with possible exposure to heat/cold.
•Use safety equipment correctly (e.g., face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask).
