Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor access control, camera and alarm systems, and visitor logs in real time; flag anomalies and route credible signals to the broader team.
  • •Intake, triage, and assess incoming threat signals, escalating for rapid response and mitigations when appropriate.
  • •Create accurate shift reports, intelligence summaries, and incident documentation for effective threat assessment and operational decisions.
  • •Support intelligence collection and monitoring workflows that feed Investigative Analyst and Senior Protective Intelligence Investigator teams.
  • •Operate in a shift-based environment with rotating shifts, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Requirements

  • •Foundation in security or public safety, with 0–2 years of experience in security operations, campus safety, law enforcement, military service, emergency communications, or a related field valued.
