Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunications/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of experience in embedded software development, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • •Proven experience in managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and delivering complex software projects.
  • •Hands-on experience with Linux and RTOS system platform development is a plus (Linux kernel, board bring-up, device drivers, memory, sensors, power management).
  • •Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
