Key Responsibilities

•Execute multi-disciplinary innovation projects independently, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and resource constraints.
•Prepare and implement complex projects within specifications, managing a project team within a larger initiative to deliver end-to-end process components.
•Resolve a wide range of issues using sound judgment to select methods, initiate change, and drive improvements within the discipline.
•Collaborate effectively by creating a positive, inclusive environment; motivate, guide, and delegate to team members with clear communication across all phases.
•Ensure customer centricity by incorporating customer feedback into project iterations and delivering solutions that address identified needs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Program Management, or equivalent.
•Minimum 8 years of experience in portfolio management, innovation management, project and program management, or equivalent.
•Ability to independently manage multi-disciplinary innovation and improvement projects with clear alignment on timelines, budgets, and resource constraints.
•Demonstrated people management capabilities, including motivating and guiding team members and delegating tasks effectively.
•Strong understanding and application of project management methodologies, including PMBok and SAFe guidance; ability to handle risk, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and requirements gathering.
