  • •Prepare and implement complex projects within specifications, managing a project team within a larger initiative to deliver end-to-end process components.
  • •Resolve a wide range of issues using sound judgment to select methods, initiate change, and drive improvements within the discipline.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Program Management, or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in portfolio management, innovation management, project and program management, or equivalent.
  • •Ability to independently manage multi-disciplinary innovation and improvement projects with clear alignment on timelines, budgets, and resource constraints.
  • •Demonstrated people management capabilities, including motivating and guiding team members and delegating tasks effectively.
  • •Strong understanding and application of project management methodologies, including PMBok and SAFe guidance; ability to handle risk, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and requirements gathering.
