Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary operations partner for a select portfolio of large, strategic customers.
  • •Build trusted relationships with customer and AMD stakeholders across operational, managerial, and executive levels.
  • •Review customer backlogs and partner with factory, finance, sales, and customers to resolve issues.
  • •Manage business across the product lifecycle, including NPI and EOL, and oversee inventory and DOI to minimize inventory costs.
  • •Lead quarterly business reviews and operational meetings, and drive operational excellence through process improvements and cross-functional project execution.

  • •Extensive industry-related experience with a proven track record of success.
  • •Experience managing operations for large, complex, or strategic customer accounts.
  • •Strong communication and relationship-management skills with an ability to build trust at multiple customer levels.

  • •Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent industry-related experience.
