Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure personal hygiene standards and follow hotel dress code and grooming requirements.
  • •Ensure daily and routine hygiene checks across F&B areas, including freezers and fridges, pastry counters, buffets, and displays.
  • •Organize food safety meetings and trainings; follow up to confirm understanding and implementation of actions by related teams.
  • •Assist in developing food safety committees and oversee hygiene practices during site visits and outside catering events.
  • •Perform internal audits, support regulatory compliance and legislation monitoring, and contribute to emergency planning including fire drills and evacuation procedures.
