Procurement and Contracts Officer

Execute procurement and purchase order approval workflows for the department, ensuring orders meet all specifications and requirements. Verify tender, bids, and vendor documents, manage receiving, issuance, and storage, and maintain accurate procurement records. Support cost optimization initiatives across purchasing, hospitality, travel, and general services. Prepare procurement and contract/tender-cycle reports, maintain and update vendor databases, and coordinate with vendors for follow-up service and performance improvement.
