Key Responsibilities

  • •Create an amazing and memorable pick up experience for customers at the onsite car vending machine.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Address customer questions and minor technical issues related to the vending machine process.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Detail vehicles and handle physical tasks involved in loading/unloading vehicles onto the vending machine in indoor/outdoor conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.

  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Must obtain a Notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment (Carvana process sponsored).
