Senior MEP Cost Manager - Data Centre

Oversee cost control for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems across complex data centre projects. Develop and maintain MEP cost estimates, analyze variances, and recommend optimisation strategies. Manage tender documents, contracts, procurement approaches, and change/variation negotiations, while conducting value engineering to identify cost-saving opportunities. Forecast and monitor project cash flows, ensure compliance with relevant standards, and mentor junior team members.
