Drive store sales and deliver an authentic ALO guest experience by connecting with customers, sharing product knowledge, and educating them on ALO’s community and culture. You’ll exceed sales goals through ALO’s Flow initiatives, maintain effective sales floor coverage, build daily client relationships, and support store operations like shipment processing, merchandising, and front/back-of-house procedures.
