•Source manufacturers across China specializing in custom mechanical components, PCB production, and electronic device manufacturing
•Negotiate pricing, payment terms, tooling costs, and master supply agreements to optimize costs
•Coordinate RFQs, supplier selection, and vendor qualification processes
•Review blueprints, BOMs and technical specifications with manufacturers; support DFM discussions
•Track prototyping, pilot production, and mass production milestones; manage manufacturing quality and on-time delivery

Key Requirements

•4+ years technical sourcing/purchasing in China with direct manufacturer relationships
•Native/bilingual Mandarin + professional English
•Proven experience with NPI, ISO 9001, blueprint reading, BOMs, ERP/PM tools, and supplier management
•Ability to translate requirements between internal engineering teams and factory technicians
•Willingness to travel within China
