Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI), detail services, test drives, and basic repairs on Lucid vehicles before customer delivery.
  • •Complete basic repairs including remove/replace parts, body adjustments, tire and wheel exchanges, functionality testing, and work order administration.
  • •Document all vehicle interactions using the appropriate software suite/DMS.
  • •Perform software updates as needed during inspection.
  • •Learn High/Low Voltage systems and collaborate with the service team and customers; support mobile service as needed and travel may be required.

Key Requirements

  • •18+ years of age or older
  • •Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year (drivers under 21 must have a license for at least 3 years)
  • •Customer-facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • •Ability to use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office and learn proprietary DMS software
  • •Ability to learn the High/Low Voltage process and willingness to complete Lucid-provided CPR training post hire
